Set up lexy.codes as a permanent home for the work — both the case studies and the messy, in-progress stuff. The format is intentionally low-friction: a markdown file per project and per milestone, no CMS, no analytics, no newsletter.

The point isn’t to publish often. The point is to have somewhere to point when someone asks “what are you working on?”
